There is an option to upgrade your service to get additional board functionality, but I used Trello regularly for more than a year before I found a reason to shell out the whopping $5 a month for additional services. It is a free application you can use to organize your entire life. While working I often use Trello on my desktop, but it’s robust app make it the perfect tool while on the go. One of my favorite features is the ability to have “my list” with me wherever I go.

Trello is a web-based, visual productivity and organizational system – think Pinterest for task management. So when I tell you that Trello is worth “investing” in, I mean it. (They’re just filled with my favorite quotes instead of lists these days.)
