Oracle Virtual Box (the latest version for windows v5.0.3, I think), and installed xp virtually (used iso image) inside windows 10 - mind it that the Virtual Box software is extremely user friendly I understood it in my first attempt with some help from I tried running Starry Night Pro Plus 6 in win 10, didn't work out (tried compatibility mode as well).
In that virtual OS, I installed SNPP v6 and it worked without any issue. If you are a night sky lover, go ahead and try that!Īlso check the following link for the versions available for different OSs.
